+ Where are Ferramosca products made?

All Ferramosca products are 100% designed and manufactured in Italy. Our production and design center are both located just outside Vicenza.

+ Where can I find Ferramosca products?

Ferramosca items are sold through our website www.ferramosca.com and local retail stores and boutiques.

+ How can I check the status of my order?

At the time of shipment, we will send a code to your email address, with which you will be able to monitor the progress of the shipment directly on the shipping company’s site.

+ Is it safe to buy products online?

Ferramosca.com uses encrypted payment methods that meet the strictest data confidentiality criteria.

+ I haven't received my order yet. What should I do?

Try checking the progress status and tracking your package by using the shipping number you received at your email address. Then contact us at shop@ferramosca.com.

+ I've just placed an order and I need to change it. Now what?

If the order has already been confirmed and shipped, no problem. Returns are possible within 14 days. Sometimes when orders are made, it is possible to catch them during processing and change them - but not always. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, write to us directly at shop@ferramosca.com and we will gladly assist.

+ I want to return the goods and get a refund. What is the process?

If you have chosen the wrong size or color, or simply change your mind about the purchase, you can easily return orders by notifying us of your decision within 14 days from delivery. You will receive a full refund for the cost of the item - please be aware that shipping charges for the returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

Before sending out the package, contact our customer service by writing an email to shop@ferramosca.com indicating your order number and writing the quantity, item number, color and size of the items you want to return, and you will receive the return authorization code.

Remember that the items returned must be in unworn condition and be properly stored in the original packaging. Labels and tags should remain intact. Once the return has been received, we will verify the status of the merchandise and will provide a refund. Refunding times depend on the chosen payment method.

If you wish to return an item as a result of a manufacturing defect or problem, please initiate the process by contacting us at shop@ferrmosca.com. Send an explanation of defect or problem along with at uploaded photo of the item, and our customer service department will begin processing your request and contact you directly with instructions.
